SYSTEM ARCHITECT

Job description:

• Reimagining the audit profession. By leveraging Microsoft’s emerging AI technology, we’re building the first AI agent-powered audit platform that will fundamentally change how our audits work, while enhancing the overall experience for our clients.

• As a System Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our distributed platform. You will leverage your expertise in Microservices, Microfrontends, Azure, .NET, and C# to architect solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. You will be accountable for technical quality, adherence to architectural standards, and team velocity.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect complex distributed systems using Microservices and Microfrontends.

  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints for the platform and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with development teams to guide the implementation of .NET, C#, Python, GenAI applications.

  • Utilize Azure services to enhance platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployment processes.

  • Integrate GenAI elements into the platform to enhance functionality and user experience.

  • Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and architecture governance.

  • Ensuring integration between system components.

  • Overseeing system performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to design specifications.

  • Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform's architecture

Requirements:

• Very good English for daily communication

• Mindset of consultant - propose innovations, explain reasons for change, guide non-technical people

• Ability to work with team from US time-zone (standard work-hours by 6pm CET, but longer overlap with US time helps, there is ~7 hours offset to GMT+1, so the position is more suitable who likes to wake up later/not an early bird)
